重慶路安特瀝青科技有限公司（以下簡稱“路安特”），自2009年9月28日成立以來，以注冊資本金3300萬元為基石，致力于瀝青倉儲業務，并深入探索SBS、SBR、復合橡膠粉、PE、天然瀝青等改性瀝青及乳化瀝青系列高等級路面材料的研發、生產、銷售及服務一體化。隨著企業規模的擴大及業務領域的拓展，路安特在重慶、新疆、四川設立三個子公司，分別為重慶路安特路面材料有限公司、新疆路安特瀝青材料有限公司、四川路安特石化有限公司。
Chongqing Luante Asphalt Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "LUANTE") has been established on September 28, 2009, with a registered capital of 33 million yuan as the cornerstone, dedicated to asphalt warehousing business, and deeply exploring the research and development, production, sales, and service integration of modified asphalt and emulsified asphalt series high-grade pavement materials such as SBS, SBR, composite rubber powder, PE, and natural asphalt. With the expansion of enterprise scale and business areas, LUANTE has established three subsidiaries in Chongqing, Xinjiang, and Sichuan, namely Chongqing Luante Pavement Materials Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Luante Asphalt Materials Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Luante Petrochemical Co., Ltd.
2011年，路安特在重慶大學城成功建立生產基地并投入運營。經過路安特人的不懈努力，重慶基地的改性瀝青生產量逐年穩步提升，至2018年，各類改性瀝青的生產總量已突破九萬噸大關，成為川渝地區改性瀝青供應的領軍企業。
In 2011, LUANTE successfully established a production base in Chongqing University City and put it into operation. Through the unremitting efforts of the people of LUANTE, the production volume of modified asphalt in the Chongqing base has steadily increased year by year. By 2018, the total production volume of various types of modified asphalt has exceeded 90000 tons, becoming a leading enterprise in the supply of modified asphalt in the Sichuan Chongqing region.
2015年，路安特進一步將戰略目光投向新疆，投資設立新疆路安特瀝青材料有限公司，并于次年于昌吉州呼圖壁縣大豐工業園建成一座瀝青儲存容量為三萬六千噸、日產改性瀝青1200噸、乳化瀝青150噸的現代化瀝青加工廠。至2018年末，該基地向新疆市場提供了超過八萬噸的瀝青倉儲及改性瀝青加工服務，以優質的產品和穩定的供應服務，贏得了新疆用戶的廣泛認可與高度評價。
In 2015, LUANTE further shifted its strategic focus to Xinjiang and invested in the establishment of Xinjiang LUANTE Asphalt Materials Co., Ltd. The following year, a modern asphalt processing plant with an asphalt storage capacity of 36000 tons, a daily output of 1200 tons of modified asphalt, and 150 tons of emulsified asphalt was built in Dafeng Industrial Park, Hutubi County, Changji Prefecture. By the end of 2018, the base had provided over 80000 tons of asphalt storage and modified asphalt processing services to the Xinjiang market, winning widespread recognition and high praise from Xinjiang users with high-quality products and stable supply services.
2019年，路安特再次擴大產能布局，在重慶長壽經濟技術開發區（國家級化工園）建成一座瀝青儲存容量達十一萬四千噸、日產改性瀝青1500噸、改性乳化瀝青200噸的大型瀝青倉儲庫及改性瀝青加工廠，成為西部地區規模最大的瀝青倉儲及加工基地。
In 2019, LUANTE once again expanded its production capacity layout and built a large asphalt storage warehouse and modified asphalt processing plant with a storage capacity of 114000 tons, a daily production capacity of 1500 tons of modified asphalt, and 200 tons of modified emulsified asphalt in the Changshou Economic and Technological Development Zone (National Chemical Park) in Chongqing, becoming the largest asphalt storage and processing base in the western region.
2022年，路安特再次邁出戰略步伐，在四川成都市新都區清流鎮打造瀝青倉儲及改性瀝青加工廠，具備八千噸的瀝青儲存容量、日產改性瀝青800噸，標志著路安特在川渝區域業務網絡中的全面覆蓋和深入拓展。
In 2022, LUANTE took another strategic step by building an asphalt storage and modified asphalt processing plant in Qingliu Town, Xindu District, Chengdu, Sichuan. With a storage capacity of 8000 tons of asphalt and a daily output of 800 tons of modified asphalt, it marks LUANTE's comprehensive coverage and in-depth expansion in the Sichuan Chongqing regional business network.
依托強大的平臺優勢和技術實力，在多家科研院所及各界人士的鼎力支持下，至2019年，路安特已擁有兩個規模化生產基地、一個研發中心、十三套移動式改性瀝青加工設備及兩條改性乳化瀝青生產線等優質資產。憑借先進的技術、優質的服務及高效的經營團隊，公司在重慶、四川、新疆、西藏、陜西、云南、貴州、青海、甘肅等西部省份建立了完善的銷售網絡，在大力發展基地工廠化改性瀝青加工供應的同時，積極拓展工地現場化加工業務及瀝青路面的封、粘、透層等施工業務，取得了顯著的業績。至2023年末，公司在上述地區累計參與建設高速公路九萬八千余公里、地方公路三千九百余公里、市政道路八百余公里，完成路面養護四百五十二萬平方米、橋面鋪裝十七萬平方米。

With advanced technology, high quality service and efficient operation team, the company has established a perfect sales network in western provinces such as Chongqing, Sichuan, Xinjiang, Tibet, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Qinghai, Gansu, etc. While vigorously developing the base of factory modified asphalt processing and supply, the company is actively expanding the site site processing business and asphalt pavement sealing, sticking, permeable layer and other construction business, and has achieved remarkable results. By the end of 2023, the Company has participated in the construction of more than 98,000 kilometers of highways, more than 3,900 kilometers of local roads and more than 800 kilometers of municipal roads in the above regions, and completed the maintenance of 4.52 million square meters of pavement and 170,000 square meters of bridge deck pavement.
